Why the 1 year commitment?

When we begin working with a new client, we perform several on-boarding activities including development of a technology asset inventory, a thorough threat & risk assessment, posture analysis, device security measures, user training, process & policy writing, and more. These activities are necessary to ensure you are fully protected and compliant. We do not charge an on-boarding fee but we expect a 1 year commitment.

Paying for your service saves us money?

Cyber incidents carry heavy financial costs while impacting customer, regulator, and public trust. Modern AI and automation tools empower hostile actors to discover vulnerable targets and launch tailored attacks with little effort at an ever increasing rate. It’s not a matter of if you’ll have an incident, it’s when. We analyze client data as well as global Cyber Insurance claims to protect you from the most common and impactful threats before they happen. The cost of our services may also be offset by government grants & lower insurance premiums.

How is your support model priced?

We bill a flat rate, per user. This rate varies as we tailor our services to your unique needs. We will help you determine what services are recommended based on the nature of your business, your information & technology architecture, regulations in your industry, and what will lower your Cyber Insurance premiums if applicable. Billing is monthly with a 1 year commitment. We offer reduced per user rates to larger organizations.

Ongoing support includes Consulting?

Clients can call us at any time to address questions & concerns related to cyber security. Based on your service agreement you will receive a standard amount of monthly consulting hours to address extra work related to new concerns. Additional support for new concerns is billed hourly.

What happens if we have an incident?

Call us right away! It is crucial that we act swiftly to secure your information, block any active threats, and perform an in depth impact analysis. Based on our findings we will create an action plan for your business. Incident response is included in our ongoing support model and does not count against your consulting hours. If the affected systems & relevant protection is included in your service agreement, you will not be billed for further actions nor will they count against your consulting hours. Investigations and legal proceedings may be covered by Cyber Insurance.
